Job Description

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring survey fieldwork and managing survey quality using tools such as Decipher, Excel, and PowerBi. This role includes supplier escalation and internal escalation via Microsoft Teams, email, and Jira.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse Power BI reports, other internal tools used to manage advertising data
  • Analyse survey data, Track survey progress and performance metrics, identifying any issues or deviations and make sure they are met by SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Follow the quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve fieldwork-related challenges

Requirements

  • 1 – 4 year of experience in QA Support or Tech support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical field or MBA
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of MS Excel

  • Approve engineering activities of validated equipment, utilities, facilities and computerized systems (e.g., calibration, preventive maintenance, alarm management)
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, IT, Regulatory) on validation strategy and execution
  • Support in preparing validation documentation and responding to technical queries for product submission
  • Apply up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidance (cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ICH) and ensure validation practices reflect industry best practice
