Job Description

This project will help train and refine AI systems that interpret real-world communications — improving how digital platforms handle time-sensitive messages such as: Travel updates, Utility notices, One-time passwords (OTP), Login and account credentials, Calendar invites and updates, Reminders, Lease renewals, Financial alerts, Email verifications, Digital signatures, Hiring notifications.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing and validating submitted email samples to ensure they meet the project’s quality, language, and data standards
  • Ensure that all collected data is accurate, authentic, and compliant with project guidelines while maintaining complete data privacy and security

Requirements

  • Native speaker with strong command of one of the target languages
  • Proven experience in data validation, linguistic QA, content review, or data annotation projects
  • Updated CV uploaded in OneForma
  • Must pass the certifications with a score of 85 or higher, as well as review and complete the Guidelines Module before participating
  • Ability to identify and flag data issues such as incorrect formatting, irrelevant content, or privacy breaches
  • Familiarity with time-sensitive and transactional emails (automated communications from legitimate business domains)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing text-based content
  • Comfortable working with internal tools or web-based QA platforms
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent performance under minimal supervision
  • Commitment to data privacy and adherence to ethical standards
