Job Description:

Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for QA/QC Support Specialist in Oxford! The successful candidate will have a degree with experience in quality or regulated manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages the preparation, distribution, and archiving of batch records and test results to ensure full traceability
  • Verifies job folder completeness and tracks missing documentation to maintain audit readiness and GMP standards
  • Updates and routes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through the Quality Management System (QMS) for approval and version control
  • Compiles data and prepares summary reports for cleaning validation to ensure alignment with internal master plans
  • Monitors API vendor reliability by gathering quality metrics and performance data for supply chain decision-making
  • Opens quality notifications, gathers investigation data (such as SAP records and photos), and tracks CAPA action items
  • Serves as a liaison between Quality, R&D, and Operations to facilitate training records and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Quality, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience within Quality, Validation, or regulated manufacturing environments (such as GMP)
  • Requires strong skills in Quality Management Systems (QMS), document control, and electronic records management
  • Demands high attention to detail, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
