Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, document management, or a related field preferred
equivalent experience considered
5+ years of relevant experience in document control or construction project documentation
Valid driver’s license required
Proficiency in document control and project management systems
Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6 preferred
Familiarity with additional project/document management platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderately complex issues
Proficient with standard business software (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibility

Oversee and manage the Document Management System (Oracle Primavera Unifier), including workflows, submittals, RFIs, letters, emails, and electronic filing
Coordinate electronic and hard copy filing for technical documentation
provide regular deliverable status reports to Project Managers
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure appropriate resources are aligned with each workflow step
identify and communicate project risk indicators
Train internal and partner users in effective system use and document control procedures
Act as the subject matter expert for document control activities and contractual compliance
Support QA/QC through audits of contractor document control activities
conduct audits in the absence of QA/QC
Maintain accurate and current project document lists

Job Responsibility

To develop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures according to the instructions of commissioning manager or commissioning superintendent

To assure that all activities such as flushing / blowing, reinstatement of piping components and local instruments, leak test, motor run-in, machinery run-in, static equipment inspections, cleaning, internals installations, box-up are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of commissioning manager or commissioning superintendent
To organize and manage the operations in field of the assigned team from the sub-contractor by controlling their job and the implementation of plant safety procedures in case of emergency
Support the vendors’ specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the commissioning supervisors
Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their efficient utilization
To keep records of all activities performed in the logbook
To produce the certificates, duly signed by the involved parties, and handover to certification engineer (QA/QC)
Can be the authorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issue a permit to work according to the project permit to work procedure
