This client is recognised as the world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of quality, reliable industrial sealing, fluid control and fluid monitoring solutions. They offer tailored solutions for the oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, infrastructure, aerospace and defence, utilities, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and are now seeking a QA/QC expert to join their WA based team. You will be working with leading European manufactured products and a company and team driven by a leading, professional customer service. In the role you will Provide best practice management and support for all product and service quality control issues and procedures including Manufactured goods in and goods out.

Job Responsibility

  • System Development & Maintenance: Designing, implementing, and continually refining quality control systems and procedures to ensure operational excellence
  • Inspection Management: Overseeing the comprehensive quality inspection processes for both internally manufactured products and externally purchased goods, including the management of goods in and goods out
  • Compliance & Standards: Rigorously ensuring that all products fully comply with established company standards, maintaining strict oversight across both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods
  • Data & Metrics Reporting: Utilizing statistical analysis tools to actively track, evaluate, and formally report on key quality metrics
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Providing best practice management and dedicated support to identify, address, and resolve any product and service quality control issues
  • Document Control: Author, manage, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and overall compliance documentation
  • Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular internal quality audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure strict compliance with relevant industry certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
