Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre in Belgium.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead QA/QC activities for all mechanical and welding scopes including CHW/CW systems, HVAC pipework, and mechanical equipment
  • Develop and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, and inspection regimes in line with project specs and client requirements
  • Review and approve WPS/PQR/WPQ, material certificates, and weld traceability records
  • Oversee welding inspections, NDT coordination, pressure testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning activities
  • Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality close-out
  • Interface with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client QA teams
  • Ensure full quality documentation and handover readiness for client acceptance

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering qualification
  • CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or equivalent
  • Strong experience in hyperscale or mission-critical data centre construction
  • Solid knowledge of EN / ISO / ASME standards and PED
  • Fluent English & French
