Job Responsibility:

  • Perform daily inspections on site to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Support the QA/QC Engineer in the implementation of quality plans, checklists, and procedures
  • Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with the required standards and certifications
  • Witness and document testing activities for concrete, steel, HVAC, piping, and electrical systems
  • Identify and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and timely QA/QC records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality logs
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper quality control documentation
  • Support final inspections and contribute to handover packages and close-out documentation

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience, ideally within semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITPs, material approvals, and QA/QC documentation standards
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and identify issues early
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be eligible to work and be available on-site in Dresden, Germany for the project duration
