Job Responsibility

  • Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
  • Ensuring compliance of construction works with approved designs, technical specifications, standards, and regulations
  • Organizing and conducting quality audits and inspections
  • Monitoring laboratory testing, measurements, and acceptance controls
  • Managing non-conformances, recording deviations, and following up on corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintaining and updating quality records, control protocols, and relevant documentation
  • Collaborating with Project Management, supervising engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality matters
  • Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits or inspections by clients and competent authorities

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction projects and quality assurance systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Results-driven and adaptable with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with all project stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality control procedures
  • Good command of MS Office applications and project management software
