We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA/QC Associate for a contract position within the Mining sector in Sundarakoili, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes, with a focus on laboratory operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical quality initiatives in a dynamic industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production and operational processes
  • Document and report test results, identifying any deviations or non-conformities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines within the laboratory and operational environment
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a relevant scientific field

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills
