What’s the Job? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced QA Principle to lead all quality aspects of our R&D processes within a mid-sized, fast-growing global company. You’ll define and execute our quality strategy, set quality OKRs, and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. This role reports directly to the VP of R&D and plays a key part in shaping the company’s engineering and delivery excellence. Our platform is built on Salesforce, supporting complex business use cases- making quality leadership a key factor in our scalability and success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead the quality vision across R&D, embedding best practices into development processes
  • Establish and track quality OKRs and KPIs to drive accountability and measurable improvement
  • Evaluate and implement innovative tools (including AI-driven ones) to enhance product quality and test coverage
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of automation engineers, fostering technical excellence and ownership
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Provide insights and reports to R&D leadership to ensure transparency and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA or Quality Manager in a technology-driven company (preferably mid-size)
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing tools
  • Hands-on experience managing or mentoring automation teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, measure, and improve KPIs

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience managing QA teams or leading quality initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing tools
  • Experience with InsurTech and FinTech companies
