The QA Manager (Wholesale and Central Folling (herafter “CF”)) is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products and API’s. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and overseeing the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes to ensure the safety and efficacy of products distributed by the organization. Also meet the agreed standards of Good Distribution Practice (hereafter “GDP”),Good Manufactering Practice (hereafter “GMP” and the CF norm.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products and API’s
Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and overseeing the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes to ensure the safety and efficacy of products distributed by the organization
Also meet the agreed standards of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the CF norm
Requirements:
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) for wholesale operations and CF in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GDP, CF norm, Pharmacy) and business needs
Establish and review quality policies and objectives to ensure alignment with business goals
Ensure compliance with all relevant (pharmaceutical) regulations and guidelines governing wholesale distribution and corporate standards
Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits, ensuring timely resolution of any non-conformities or findings
