As the QA Manager – Automation & Workflow, you will define and lead the quality strategy for our Automation and Workflow product suite. Moving beyond traditional testing, you will drive the adoption of intelligent automation, agentic testing frameworks, and shift-left quality practices. You will manage a team of QA Engineers responsible for validating complex, rule-based engines and automated workflows that integrate with platforms such as Kyriba, Yardi, eFront, and other core systems. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, leadership capability, and a product-oriented mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the QA roadmap for the Workflow team
Oversee the end-to-end validation of complex, multi-level approval workflows and automated data hand-offs across internal and external systems
Lead the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade automation frameworks
Validate seamless data flows between core accounting systems and the automation layer
Manage and develop a high-performing team of 4–5 QA Engineers
Partner closely with Software Engineering, Product Managers, and DevOps teams
Represent QA in roadmap discussions, risk assessments, and delivery planning
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
3–5 years in a formal leadership or management role
Proven experience building, scaling, and driving automation initiatives across complex, multi‑system products
Strong organization skills with the ability to deliver clear test cases, well‑structured defect reports, and high-quality documentation
Demonstrated expertise in test case design, scenario identification, and functional coverage planning
Expert-level ability in writing, maintaining, and optimizing automated tests
Hands-on experience designing and launching automation frameworks from scratch (highly preferred)
Strong technical proficiency in T‑SQL, Excel VBA macros, C#, and Python
Deep knowledge of Selenium IDE, UI automation, and web testing best practices
Prior experience in FinTech, Private Equity, or Fund Administration is highly preferred
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Pega, n8n, UiPath, or Claude Cowork, and CI/CD pipelines within JIRA-based environments
