We are seeking a forward-thinking, adaptable, and visionary QA Lead. The ideal candidate will not only ensure exceptional quality across all deliverables but will also embrace new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies — including AI-driven solutions. This role requires someone with extensive experience in scaling QA processes for high-growth environments, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the QA team to consistently deliver high-quality releases
  • Establish, refine, and optimize QA processes, strategies, and best practices to match evolving business needs
  • Champion innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging QA tools, automation frameworks, and AI-based testing technologies
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, development, DevOps, and product teams to identify risks and ensure complete test coverage
  • Own QA planning, execution, defect management, and reporting for all projects
  • Develop and implement load, performance, and scalability testing strategies for large, complex systems
  • Drive automation initiatives for functional, regression, and performance testing of enterprise-grade applications
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and debug issues by working closely with developers and product owners
  • Represent the QA function in client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction with QA deliverables
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, flexibility, and quality ownership within the team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in software testing
  • Proven track record in scaling QA processes for enterprise-grade or rapidly growing environments
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and industry best practices
  • Strong expertise in automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
  • Experience testing cloud-based, distributed, and multi-server architectures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium & JMeter
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing QA teams
  • Open mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and approaches
