Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with strong experience in Manhattan Active WMS (Warehouse Management System) to lead quality assurance efforts across implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all QA activities, ensuring that system deliverables meet business and technical requirements with high quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead QA activities for the implementation and upgrades of Manhattan Active WMS
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Coordinate and perform different types of testing (Functional, Regression, System Integration, UAT, and Performance Testing)
  • Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or equivalent
  • Ensure that QA deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Provide regular testing status updates to project stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, ensuring adherence to QA best practices
  • Participate in release readiness reviews, ensuring software is production-ready
  • Collaborate with the DevOps and support teams to maintain test environments and facilitate test data setup
