We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive and implement QA strategies for our Low-Code/No-Code SaaS platform. This role ensures the product delivers excellence in functionality, security, performance, and user experience while meeting compliance and industry best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute QA strategies tailored for Low-Code/No-Code platform development
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to uphold product quality
Design and manage automated and manual test frameworks for UI, APIs, and integrations
Detect, track, and resolve defects to ensure seamless performance across web and mobile
Establish performance, security, and scalability benchmarks for the SaaS platform
Implement quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, and other standards
Optimize CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated quality checks and accelerate releases
Monitor SaaS KPIs (uptime, latency, error rates) to identify trends and improvements
Leverage user feedback, support tickets, and NPS scores to detect recurring issues
Partner with customer success to enhance reliability and satisfaction
Develop and implement RCA frameworks for system failures and service disruptions
Lead a team of QA engineers, automation testers, and security analysts
Provide training on QA best practices, security, and compliance
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across product, engineering, and support teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years in SaaS QA, testing, or quality management (experience with Low-Code/No-Code preferred)
Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
Analytical problem-solving with a proactive approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptability to fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have:
ISTQB, Six Sigma, Agile/DevOps certifications
