Job Description

Perform quality assurance inspections and monitor contractor compliance. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform field inspections of construction and renovation projects
  • Document deficiencies and verify corrective actions
  • Review contractor quality control activities
  • Support safety and compliance inspections
  • Prepare inspection reports and recommendations

Requirements

  • 10+ years in construction management, quality assurance, or craft supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA
  • Federal construction and facilities experience
