Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled QA Engineering Manager to lead our QA team in ensuring the quality, stability, and security of our Bitcoin and blockchain-based applications. As a QA Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to maintain high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
  • define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing
  • design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs
  • establish best practices for QA processes and continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality
  • work closely with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and ensure proper validation of new functionalities
  • manage bug tracking and reporting processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects
  • coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize execution in cloud-based environments
  • stay updated with blockchain and fintech QA trends, security vulnerabilities, and best practices
  • communicate QA metrics, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • preferably in fintech, blockchain, or security-focused industries
  • strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies
  • deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology
  • experience with API testing tools and scripting languages
  • knowledge of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
  • hands-on experience with performance testing tools
  • proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first, and collaborative environment
  • strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
