Qa engineer

• Provide oversight and input to all aspects of quality assurance, including applying industry best practices and developing new testing solutions
• Develop and implement the quality inspection process
• Delegate task and Manage subordinates
• Preparing the key performance indicators report for the quality team
• Ensure all products conform to the required quality standards
• Ensure the timely completion of all QC tasks
• Following safety protocols inside the factory
• Continuously improve test processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions through 8D report / Ishikawa diagram wherever needed
• Manage and coordinate all testing activities on assigned projects, including defining the testing approach, estimating test efforts, and reporting progress
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are recorded in a timely manner
• Ensure all processes and products comply with customer requirement and relevant Quality standards
• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements
• Setting the requirements for raw materials & B/outs from suppliers and monitoring their compliance and documenting conformance to quality as per ISO procedure
