Support the Collections team by building and executing manual test cases, ensuring system accuracy across arrears, promises to pay, debit order processes and customer interaction workflows. Contribute to quality improvements with a proactive mindset and strong alignment to values.
Job Responsibility:
Build clear, detailed manual test cases based on requirements and business rules
Execute test cases across Collections journeys and flows
Map test cases to requirements to ensure full coverage
Log defects with detailed steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots and impact
Map defects back to associated test cases for traceability
Participate in team reviews, clarify requirements, and escalate risks early
Support project teams during SIT testing and provide structured feedback
Maintain accurate test evidence and contribute to quality reporting
Clearly document testing artefacts and test evidence
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Software Development or related
0–2 years’ experience in QA / software testing
Exposure to financial services or Collections is advantageous but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to pick up inconsistencies quickly
Proactive problem solver who raises issues early rather than reactively
Good communicator and collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn test design techniques, Collections processes, and future automation
Basic understanding of SDLC and manual testing fundamentals
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
