Job Description

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester with 2-5 years of experience in web-based and API testing. You will be responsible for performing Functional and Non-Functional testing, including Integration, Exploratory, API, Performance, and Regression testing of our software products within an Agile environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct manual Functional and Non-Functional testing, including Integration, Exploratory, Performance, and Regression testing
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using bug-tracking tools such as Jira
  • Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in manual testing, including web-based and API testing
  • Experience with Functional, Non-Functional, and API testing
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong verbal and written skills for effective team collaboration

Nice to have

  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus
  • ISTQB or similar certification is advantageous
