We are looking for Manual QA Engineer to our current project combines AI technology and healthcare experts to provide 24/7 healthcare support throughout women’s health journeys.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the manual and (optionally) automated testing lifecycle for the health platform — including frontend UI, user flows, backend logic, and checkout functionality
  • Work closely with developers to identify and validate platform-specific issues
  • Collaborate with engineers, designer, and PM to define test plans, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Execute functional, regression, and cross-browser testing across desktop and mobile environments
  • Validate integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics, CRM, and 3rd-party APIs
  • Log and track issues with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment
  • Review UI/UX designs in Figma to ensure implementation consistency
  • Interact with databases (SQL) to validate data correctness
  • Use API testing tools like Postman or Swagger to test backend endpoints and flows
  • Contribute to evolving QA processes, documentation, and test checklists

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with web and mobile platforms
  • Solid understanding of frontend/backend interactions, browser behavior, and responsive layouts
  • Familiarity with DevTools, browser debugging, and identifying issues in HTML/CSS/JS
  • Experience testing APIs using Postman or Swagger, and working with SQL/databases
  • Ability to work with Figma design files to validate UI/UX against requirements
  • Understanding of modern QA best practices: test cases, regression, smoke/sanity testing, etc.
  • Good grasp of checkout flows, subscription logic, and 3rd-party service integrations
  • Clear and proactive communicator, comfortable working with remote teams in English
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based environments
