Requirements

4 - 6 years of experience in manual testing with strong test case writing and defect management skills
Hands-on experience working on e-commerce platforms (B2B & B2C models)
Good understanding of subscription-based business models and related workflows
Familiarity with finance concepts: billing schedules, revenue schedules, invoicing, payment terms, and month-end close
Experience with Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms is highly preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams

Job Responsibility

Review and analyze user stories/requirements to design detailed and comprehensive test cases with clear expected results and input data
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for e-commerce and subscription-based applications
Log, track, and triage defects effectively, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Development) to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Test and validate workflows on subscription billing platforms (preferably Zuora)
Ensure testing aligns with finance-related processes like invoicing, billing, revenue schedules, and month-end activities
Provide clear and concise test reports and communicate status to stakeholders
