Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and a solid understanding of e-commerce and subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms (preferably Zuora) and a working knowledge of finance operations like billing schedules, revenue recognition, invoicing, and month-end close processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and analyze user stories/requirements to design detailed and comprehensive test cases with clear expected results and input data
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for e-commerce and subscription-based applications
  • Log, track, and triage defects effectively, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Development) to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Test and validate workflows on subscription billing platforms (preferably Zuora)
  • Ensure testing aligns with finance-related processes like invoicing, billing, revenue schedules, and month-end activities
  • Provide clear and concise test reports and communicate status to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in manual testing with strong test case writing and defect management skills
