QA Engineer - Salon Ops (FoH)

Quality is critical within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, driving growth, and helping clients extract maximum value from our products. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our existing Front of House (FoH) team within the Salon Ops pillar. This group builds and runs the core salon workflows that keep salons operating smoothly day to day. As well as Front of House, it’s made up of cross‑functional teams including Reporting, Phorest Go, Salon Management, and Integrations & Partnerships. You will be a key member of the new FoH team, automating test suits and bulletproofing the future of our world-class products.
