Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer IV to join our team in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday HR and Financial systems through comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and uphold high standards in software quality assurance.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for Workday HR and Financial systems, ensuring accuracy and functionality
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing
Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve bugs using tools like Atlassian Jira
Perform integration testing to ensure seamless operation across multiple systems
Utilize Jenkins to manage and execute automated testing pipelines
Implement A/B testing methodologies to validate system performance and user experience
Follow Agile Scrum practices to support iterative development and testing cycles
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Provide insights and recommendations to improve software quality based on test results
Support customer service and call center teams by addressing system-related quality concerns

Requirements:

Strong experience in Android development and quality assurance
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and workflow management
Hands-on experience with integration testing and automated testing tools
Familiarity with Jenkins for test automation and deployment pipelines
Knowledge of A/B testing techniques and their application in QA processes
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for auditing and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
