  • Database Testing Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience testing Oracle Databases
  • Data Integrity & Quality Validation: Verifying data accuracy, consistency, and correctness against business rules
  • Database Objects Testing: Testing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to ensure they function as expected
  • Source-to-Target Validation: Performing detailed checks to ensure data is transformed and loaded correctly into reporting tables
  • Advanced SQL: Excellent skills in writing complex queries not just for data extraction, but for validation, comparison, and anomaly detection
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent knowledge of testing techniques (Black Box, White Box, System, Integration, Regression)
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools: HP ALM and JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a pragmatic and delivery-focused attitude
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Customer and service-oriented, with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Wealth Management or other financial products
  • Experience in coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities
  • An openness and desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, specifically cloud data platforms, as we evolve our architecture
