Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst specializing in Core Banking (Transact) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with expertise in various testing methodologies including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, test scenarios for various Transact projects
  • Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, user acceptance testing and non-functional testing
  • Review business requirements and system specs to define test scope approach and plans
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and manage defect resolution and reporting
  • Drive upstream quality improvements with BA, design and development teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years as Core banking - QA
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in the banking sector
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple modules (including Arrangement Architecture AA) of Core Banking Transact
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • Requires Temenos testing experience with strong domain knowledge in SME/Corporate lending
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and JIRA Confluence
  • Must be systematic, proactive and capable of leading distributed teams effectively
