Due to company growth, they are now looking for a to Plant Operations Administrator join the team. This role would suit recent candidates with 2+ years' experience an administrative role within a GMP environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Head of Plant Operations
Maintain and update records in line with GMP and ISO 22716 standards
Prepare reports, SOPs, KPIs, and coordinate audits and inspections
Assist with planning processes, including data entry and schedule updates in ERP/MRP systems
Ensure compliance by managing documentation, training records, and logs
Organise meetings, track actions, and facilitate clear communication across the business
Ensure all CAPA, NCR, OOS and deviation documentation is completed quickly and efficiently
Champion continuous improvement and Health & Safety
Requirements:
Proven experience within a technical, quality or administrative role within a GMP environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems & AI
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
