Job Description:

As a QA Specialist – Automation at GRAITEC, you are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and pipelines that ensure the scalability, reliability, and speed of quality validation across our desktop, web, and cloud-connected software solutions. This role focuses on engineered quality at scale, enabling fast, repeatable, and validation through automated functional testing, integration and system testing, regression automation, API and service validation, performance and stability validation (where applicable). Given that more than 50% of GRAITEC’s products are desktop-based, this role is not limited to web automation. It includes desktop automation, hybrid automation across desktop + web + services, and integration with on-premise systems and cloud platforms. You will work closely with Manual QA, Software Developers, DevOps, Product, and UX, embedding automation directly into CI/CD pipelines, build validation, and release quality gates. A key evolution of this role is the progressive adoption of AI knowledge and experience, including AI-assisted test generation, self-healing test automation, intelligent failure analysis, and risk-based automated test selection. As your seniority increases, your role evolves from writing automated test scripts, to owning automation platforms, and ultimately to defining GRAITEC’s enterprise test automation strategy and AI-driven quality ecosystems.

  • Experience in desktop application testing
  • Experience testing CAD / 3D software applications
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts (C#, Java, or JavaScript)
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA best practices
  • Experience collaborating with Developers, DevOps, and Product teams
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test cases (manual and automated)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science
