QA Automation Lead

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of QA engineers (Manual and Automation)
• Develops and designs standards and procedures
• Ensure consistency and quality of processes across the organization
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders like development team, UAT team
• Assess risk when business decisions are made
• Design and implement test strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Collaborate with product owner team, development team, QA engineers to provide a defect free product

• 14+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of QA automation for software applications
• Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications
• Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application testing
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in Software testing lifecycle and methodologies
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with test automation frameworks on Web, Database and API platforms
• Experience integrating automation scripts with CI/CD pipeline
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven
• Experience with Selenium, TestNg, JUnit, Cucumber, SOAP UI, REST-Assured
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Experience with ALM tools such as JIRA
• Experience in performing API testing using Postman, Jmeter
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience of Behavior Driven Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exposure to Performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter
