Job Description:

Seeking a QA Automation Engineer: Rhino, are you there? At WE ARE META, we focus on finding the perfect match between our Rhinos and our clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience
  • +4 experience working as a QA Automation Engineer
  • Solid programming skills in Java and/or C# (.NET), along with experience using Git, SQL, and scripting languages
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and CSS
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, and/or Experitest
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with test management and tracking tools such as Jira and Xray
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile ways of working
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
  • English at least level B2
  • Availability to work in a hybrid regime - 2x/week - in Porto

Nice to have:

Knowledge of BDD practices and frameworks, such as Cucumber or SpecFlow, is considered a plus
