We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end (E2E) integration testing across complex enterprise systems, including Salesforce as a key component. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD frameworks (Karate or Cucumber) and a solid understanding of validating workflows across multiple interconnected applications in an Agile environment.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, review, and execute automated test scripts for end-to-end business processes spanning multiple systems, including Salesforce
Perform integration and E2E testing to validate data flow and interactions between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream systems
Implement and maintain BDD frameworks such as Karate or Cucumber for scalable and readable test automation
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across system boundaries
Identify test scenarios, write test cases, and validate complex workflows involving multiple applications
Validate APIs, interfaces, and data consistency across integrated platforms
Use tools like JIRA for defect tracking and PractiTest (or similar tools) for test management and reporting
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA and testing processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
Strong experience in QA automation with Selenium in enterprise environments
Proven experience in end-to-end and integration testing, especially in systems involving Salesforce
Good understanding of Salesforce platform (data model, workflows, integrations) as part of a larger ecosystem
Proficiency in BDD frameworks such as Karate or Cucumber
Experience testing APIs and system integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, PractiTest)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
