Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Typically 2-4 years experience
Prior experience with software or automation development
Prior regression experience
Using software systems design tools and languages
Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills
Designing software systems running on multiple platform types
Software systems testing methodology, including execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
mastery in English and local language

Job Responsibility

Execute and triage automated tests using tools such as Jenkins as well as home grown tools
Analyze/triage issues and followup with the development for fixes
Working closely with QA to develop and deploy testbeds for automated regression testing, and branch stability tests
Expertise in different phases of Software including feature testing, regression and sanity testing
Driving discussions with QA team for ongoing process improvements
Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of systems software
Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required
Executes and writes portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation
Identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements
Participates as a member of project team with development partners

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in QA automation or similar roles
Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as: Cypress (TypeScript/JavaScript), Selenium / Playwright (JavaScript or Python), Appium for mobile, Pytest for backend/API testing
Solid understanding of TypeScript, SQL/DB concepts, and CI/CD workflows
AWS knowledge is strongly desired for this role
Experience with tools like Jira, Git, and code review processes
Clear and collaborative communication style, with a team-first mindset
Ability to work independently and own QA efforts within cross-functional squads
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role

Job Responsibility

Integrate and maintain test automation in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Document and troubleshoot bugs, working cross-functionally to support fixes
Promote QA best practices and contribute to a culture of quality
