Job Responsibility

  • Test functionality and review visual elements of small- and large-scale interactive deliverables
  • Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes
  • Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery
  • Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on-time with a high level of quality
  • Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible
  • Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our processes up to date
  • Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering
  • Plan and document the testing effort via test plans and test cases for mid-level to larger-scale projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of total experience
  • Desired exposure: Automation testing & performance testing
  • Tools: Mantis, Selenium, JIRA and BugZilla
  • Additional: SQL (database level verification) & Photoshop (Design verification)
  • Exposure to Project Methodologies Agile (SCRUM) & Waterfall
