Job Description

To assist with testing items to ensure they match the quality standards of our company, we are searching for a quality analyst to join our team. Prior to the delivery of goods to customers, quality analysts are responsible for running quality tests and validating test cases. In the end, you'll collaborate with a small team to make sure our products live up to the standards of quality set by our company.

Job Responsibility

  • Recognise and fix manufacturing-process flaws
  • Recommend, carry out, and keep track of preventative and remedial measures to guarantee that quality assurance criteria are met
  • Gather and evaluate statistical information
  • During the testing process, make sure that user expectations are satisfied
  • Draught policies and procedures for quality assurance
  • Look into consumer and product concerns

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and software
  • Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or in a position equivalent to it
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
  • Powerful analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Meticulousness in the details
  • Certifications or training as a Quality Analyst that is pertinent
