Job Description:

As a QA Analyst, you will work with a QA manager, other QA analysts and QA automators to establish the overall testing and quality strategy & execution and will work within one or more agile teams.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the overall quality of the product
Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leader in functional and non-functional requirements analyses
Participate in grooming sessions and plan new features testing campaigns
Perform manually system and integration testing, analyse results of automated testing and report on findings
Be part of release management processes by performing release acceptance testing and reporting on release quality status
Structure regression testing
Maintain test repository up-to-date by creating and reviewing new test cases
Closely collaborate with QA automation engineers and developers on overall testing automation strategy
Provide clear requirements for testing automation by adapting manual tests cases
Support the technical team on good practices in terms of quality assurance

Requirements:

Around 3/4 years of experience in software testing and quality in a cloud company
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Good understanding of industry software quality practices
Good documentation and organization skills
Strong work-ethic and autonomy
Provide attention to detail and can understand technical issues
Rigorous and know how to adapt in an agile environment
Excellent communication skills
Demanding and have a high level of commitment
Thoughtful team player

Nice to have:

Experience in a highly regulated field (Health, Banking, Government)
Experience in testing automation
Experience in software as medical device
Strong bias for action, self-driven, with strong ownership
