QA Analyst

• Execute manual QA testing activities in a weekly release cycle
• Perform thorough scope testing and regression testing for every release
• Conduct hands-on testing of Salesforce applications
• Test integrations with other platforms and validate APIs
• Create and expand test cases rooted in impacted functionality and new requirements
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and areas affected by code changes
• Identify bugs early in the lifecycle before code reaches production
• Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively raising potential quality concerns
• Leverage tools such as Postman for API testing
• Document detailed defect reports and track issues to resolution

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA testing, ideally 2–5 years
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce, specifically web-based application testing
• Experience with API testing and integration validation
• Postman experience is preferred
• Background in a fast-paced Agile software development environment
• Detailed-oriented, analytical, and logical approach to testing
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
