Our Competition Monitoring Software is expanding, attracting a significant number of new customers recently. This growth necessitates the strengthening of our quality assurance processes and has led to an increase in operational responsibilities. To accommodate our product's continued scaling, we are currently seeking a QA Analyst to reinforce our testing frameworks and manage daily operations. As a QA Analyst, you will play the key role of matching customer/user expectations with our Competition Tracking solution, used by major transportation international accounts such as SNCF, BlaBlaCar, OUIGO, Eurostar, Transavia, Corsair. You will help ensure our product reliability while keeping our clients at a very high level of satisfaction. Your work directly impacts customer experience, product robustness, and operational performance.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring scraping success and testing data on a daily basis
Coordinate with the Scraping team to make sure customers’ deadlines are met
Keep a critical eye and be keen on improving the product, challenging other team members when necessary to bring customers feedback to the table
Define and monitor quality KPIs
reduce testing times through automations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, and answer to their queries in due time, ensuring respect of SLAs
Handle meetings with customers to discuss technical issues, prioritization and scraping improvement roadmap
Define and drive the long-term QA strategy
Build comprehensive test assets: scenarios, test suites, protocols, case libraries
Develop a progressive and durable test coverage strategy
Continuously improve QA processes by integrating scalable tools and practices
Systematically test new features (UI, API, parsing, data pipelines)
Identify recurring error patterns and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with the Scraping team to enhance extraction reliability and stability
Ensure the coherence, quality, and integrity of all processed data
Requirements:
First technical background which helps you understand HTTP framework, APIs, parsing, etc.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues, escalate when necessary, and follow through to resolution
Advanced data analysis capabilities (data quality, consistency, integrity)
Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand client issues and anticipate their needs
Attention to details that allows you to recognize bugs or inconsistencies on datasets
Great interpersonal skills to interact and communicate well, at all levels, in French and English

Interest for transportation industry or knowledge in scraping
