Job Description:

As a QA Analyst on the Salesforce team, your role involves designing and executing tests on computer applications and systems to ensure they meet customer stories and requirements. You will analyze the results, identify issues, and validate solutions to technical problems. Additionally, you will translate acceptance criteria into functional test cases to ensure all requirements are met and develop comprehensive and relevant test cases that cover various scenarios, including positive, negative, and regression cases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute tests on computer applications and systems to ensure they meet customer stories and requirements
  • Analyze results, identify issues, and validate solutions
  • Translate acceptance criteria into functional test cases
  • Develop comprehensive test cases covering various scenarios
  • Experience with Salesforce developer console and ability to query backend SF data
  • APIs and integration testing with external systems
  • Understanding how data is structured and managed within Salesforce
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and related objects
  • Documenting and communicating defects with developers and analysts
  • Develop basic test plans, test cases, and test data
  • Process test files and analyze test results
  • Perform day to day execution of test or regression cases/scripts

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in computer technology and/or information systems (All Levels)
  • 2 years of experience in computer technology and/or information systems (Levels 2 – 5)
  • High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study (All Levels)
  • Intermediate skill in use of office equipment
  • Intermediate PC proficiency
  • Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of test tools and test case management
  • Strong analytical skills
