Job Responsibility

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend systems, APIs, and services
  • Ensuring auto-generated and AI-assisted code is production-ready, secure, and maintainable
  • Embedding and operationalising AI-driven capabilities, including LLM-powered features, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams while promoting best practices in modern, AI-assisted software engineering

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience as a Python Software Engineer, with a focus on APIs and backend systems
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tooling or strong interest in AI-driven development
  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
