Altamira is seeking a Python Service Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that support data processing, search, and analytics capabilities within secure, mission-critical environments. This role focuses on building reliable Python-based services and integrating with Elasticsearch to enable high-performance data indexing, retrieval, and analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong Python development experience and practical knowledge of search technologies in highly regulated settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Rust
  • Build and optimize data ingestion, processing, and search workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations with Elasticsearch clusters
  • Implement RESTful APIs and service interfaces
  • Support data indexing, querying, and analytics pipelines
  • Optimize service performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaborate with platform, data, and infrastructure teams
