Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Python preferred

  • 3+ years leading development teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments (Enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Computer Science degree or similar experience
  • Deep experience building on AWS in serverless (Lambda, API GW, RDS, IAM, etc.) with strong CI/CD practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality software at scale
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Very good English skills
