Software Engineers are critical to building the products and services we need to deliver innovative tooling within our department. Joining us a Senior Software Engineer working in Gen AI you will have the opportunity to build high-profile products, work closely with a talented group of peers and have the room to build and improve your own skillset. We believe that our Engineers should be a part of all steps of our product from idea to execution and you will be a key part along every step of that journey. You will also work with Generative AI technologies, such as GPT-5 or Gemini, embedding their capabilities in our systems. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of user needs and contributing to the overall product vision.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and test software applications
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that the software is developed and delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

  • 11+ years of software development experience
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in product teams
  • Strong Experience delivering Python and GenAI products into production
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and fine-tuning methods
  • Experience building RAG systems, including hybrid search and multi-vector retrieval
  • Practical knowledge of model optimization (compression, quantization) and familiarity with tools such as DeepSpeed, vLLM, GPTQ, or similar
  • Proven experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for APIs and ML models
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment
  • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, and NoSQL databases
  • Competence with NodeJs and React
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest and Playwright
  • Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot a plus
