Job Description:

The Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining production-level Generative AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable systems, and adhering to AI development lifecycle best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Lead technical development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Generative AI solutions in a financial context
collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into GenAI solutions
develop Python code for GenAI applications
design scalable API architectures
troubleshoot and debug GenAI models
monitor and optimize MLOps pipelines
research and evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques
communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
ensure adherence to best practices in AI development lifecycle

Requirements:

Expert-level Python programming skills are mandatory
familiarity with core Python and key libraries for AI/ML and GenAI applications including NumPy, Pandas, and TensorFlow
3-5 years of relevant experience
experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
experience managing and implementing successful projects
working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Generative AI specific libraries such as Transformers and LangChain
experience with API architectures and vector databases
familiarity with MLOps pipelines and responsible AI principles
