It ensures the right growth levers, programs, and investments are deployed per channel—balancing distributor strength with operator demand creation. The role also leads end-to-end leads management, driving efficiency from recruitment to penetration and nurturing to loyalty.

Develop a holistic push–pull strategy with clear channel roles, priorities, and growth levers
Build aligned plans with KPIs across sell-in, sell-out, and penetration
Design and implement channel-specific programs: Push: distribution expansion, trade programs, assortment growth
Pull: demand generation, chef engagement, menu penetration
Ensure initiatives are complementary and drive total system growth
Align Sales, Marketing, and Chef teams to deliver a cohesive go-to-market strategy
Ensure trade and marketing investments work together to drive conversion and growth
Establish and manage a structured leads funnel from recruitment to conversion and repeat purchase
Drive efficiency in lead generation, qualification, penetration, and loyalty-building programs
Improve conversion rates and lifetime value of operators across channels
Ensure excellence in channel activation and execution across all touchpoints
