Job Description:

HPE Hybrid Solutions focusing on customer business outcome by delivering Hybrid IT, Privat Cloud on premise and AI Solutions. To strengthen the team in this fast-growing area, we are looking for an expert with profound experience in Hybrid Cloud environment, Platform & Infrastructure as-a-Service or Managed Services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders from customer and HPE internal
  • Play a significant part in the account team focusing on the pursuit and pricing aspects of the deal
  • Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect to align on business objectives, commercial aspects and technical feasibility
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes to provide tailored IT managed services solutions
  • Guide the customer in the transformation journey focusing on the planning and solution design phase of the project
  • Align closely with the sales account and delivery team
  • Participate in the account's business planning processes
  • Ensure optimal results, balancing costs, scope, scale, and benefits to deliver superior value

Requirements:

  • solid experience (6 + years) in IT solution design, technical account management, or a related role in the IT outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and managed services
  • Profound knowledge of IT technologies, software platforms, and relevant processes to ensure sustained successful project delivery
  • Holistic view on services and what it means for the customer
  • Experience in presales solution design for aaS transformation projects in a large organization
  • Understanding of financial parameters (business case or ROI driven project definition)
  • Dynamic personality, keen to interact with customers
  • Business proficiency in English and German language is a must
