To lead and win Vodafone Business International’s largest, most complex and strategically significant sales pursuits (across all Enterprise regions) by shaping differentiated client propositions, orchestrating multi‑market teams, and securing sustainable commercial outcomes that grow long‑term enterprise partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape and execute pursuit specific win strategies by translating deep customer insight, industry context and competitive intelligence into clearly differentiated value propositions
  • Orchestrate multi disciplinary and multi country internal teams, aligning sales, solution design, commercial, legal, finance, product and delivery stakeholders around a clear pursuit strategy and execution plan
  • Own the positioning, articulation and governance of integrated technical and commercial propositions, ensuring solutions are compelling, deliverable, scalable and aligned to customer business outcomes
  • Direct and manage all internal approval processes, balancing growth ambition with commercial integrity, risk management and long term profitability
  • Act as the primary escalation point during the pursuit phase, anticipating and resolving customer, commercial or delivery concerns to maintain momentum and credibility
  • Contribute market insight and client feedback into Vodafone’s wider sales and product community to support continuous improvement of propositions, tools and go to market approaches

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (>8 years) with over 3 years in the multinational enterprise space
  • track record of achieving/exceeding target
  • Proven track record leading and winning complex, multi stakeholder enterprise pursuits, with sustained achievement against significant revenue and margin targets
  • Deep experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including development of robust business cases, ROI models, risk assumptions and margin analysis across multi year, multi market contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, challenge and influence senior executive stakeholders, translating complex technical and commercial concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity, managed services and digital solutions, with the ability to integrate multiple portfolio elements into coherent, differentiated propositions aligned to customer strategy
  • Highly collaborative, resilient and outcome oriented leader who brings structure and creativity to complex pursuits, challenges the status quo constructively, and role models Vodafone’s values of simplicity, speed and trust
  • Must demonstrate that has maintained and developed professional qualifications and industry expert knowledge across various portfolios
