Purchasing Specialist

• Handle all indirect purchasing requests across business units
• Perform price research, identify new suppliers, lead negotiations, and monitor market trends
• Manage daily procurement operations, maintain procurement records, and process invoices
• Coordinate leasing processes for company cars and manage contracts with fleet providers
• Oversee annual service contract renewals
• Administer company meal card orders and monthly balance updates
• Support event purchasing
• Ensure accurate processing of requests for uniforms and corporate promotional items
• Monitor and manage insurance renewals
• Prepare and distribute monthly purchasing and expense reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in indirect procurement
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
