Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing non-production goods and services essential for the company's efficient operations, such as IT equipment, facility maintenance, marketing services, and office supplies. This role focuses on optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) and ensuring high-quality, compliant supplier relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions and maintaining accurate data entry
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and terms
Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with project and operational requirements
Ensure contract compliance and continuously seek improvements in service and cost-efficiency
Collaborate with requisitioners to ensure purchase orders accurately reflect internal needs
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, reductions, and rebates
Build strong internal relationships and train cross-functional teams on purchasing processes
Partner with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies and analyze supplier proposals for selection recommendations
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, professional ethics, and relevant regulations
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues effectively
Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities and drive process improvements
Requirements:
