If you want to join a developing Purchasing Team (12 FTE) in an international Nordic company and you are open collaborate with suppliers from the FIN & GER region - APPLY!

Job Responsibility:

  • Proceed on-time procurement (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Frame Orders, Orders Confirmations, Invoice Workflow, Claims) of required quantities with timely price updates in close collaboration with local stakeholders
  • Work with sourcing categories and execute operative sourcing tasks in SAP/Ariba
  • Maintain specific data linked to this position in systems
  • Material & Vendor Master Data creation and harmonization
  • Verify invoices and resolve issue cases
  • Manage supplier relationships, work on their service improvement, make sure the agreed quality changes are applied
  • Claim handling with mill operations
  • Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Support effective implementation of new processes and digital solutions
  • Supplier enablement to SAP Business Network, Price Automation (data integration between SAP Ariba and ERP)
  • Perform all duties in full compliance of safety and environmental regulations, company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years onwards) in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1 onwards) in speaking and writing
  • Proven experience with SAP
  • Ready to participate in business trips to Germany/Finland (once a quarter or less often)

Knowledge of German/Finnish
