Job Description

The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for receiving all food, beverage and other related products. This position is full-time. Varying shifts between 6:00am - 5pm, weekend availability preferred.

Job Responsibility

  • Receives all food, beverage, and other related products
  • Signs invoices with proper signature and codes invoices
  • Logs liquor invoices into perpetual log
  • Communicates shorts on invoices
  • Verifies what food and beverage deliveries are per specifications and quality levels
  • Directly responsible for sanitation in the Food and Beverage storage area

Requirements

  • Experience in Purchasing or Food & Beverage preferred
  • Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Likes to talk to people
