Purchasing Manager

• Develop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives and enterprise goals
• Lead sourcing initiatives to achieve cost efficiency, supplier innovation, and improved service performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and objectives
• Manage supplier relationships to drive compliance, performance, and long-term value
• Enhance Spend Under Management by identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization
• Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Mentor and guide procurement team members, supporting their growth and development
• Contribute to the scalability and maturation of the procurement function across the organization
• Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making
• Support business growth by aligning procurement strategies with organizational priorities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related functions
• Strong expertise in managing indirect procurement categories and supplier relationships
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results
• Proficient in analyzing data to inform procurement decisions and optimize processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring professionals
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement activities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
